We utilize valuable tools such as journaling and affirmation setting and enjoy music that speaks to wellness & empowerment. Not only does this weekly practice help you to improve your emotional wellness and relieve stress but it encourages self-awareness and balance as an essential part of your self-love routine. We keep track of your self-love routine items for the week to help you in maintaining boundaries and stress management.
